In the BizAncor® context the base product provided the Operations environment with a tool that helped the staff in carrying out the Inventory,
Stocking, Purchase & Accounts Payable functions. The Mobile layer built over that platform provided a value added service.
These solutions improved the quality & availability of overall information management. However, the actual visibility into assets
(vital/critical) especially at remote locations needed leveraging another Technology. RFID technology was integrated with the rest
of the BizAncor® stack to help Track & Trace a particular Item. In addition it helped reconcile the accuracy of data reflected in
the system and the on-ground stock position.
